HOME … SOLUTIONS … ESBUS INBOUND PROTOCOLS

ESBus supports a wide variety of Inbound Protocols, providing the flexibility and extensibility for whatever integration and extensibility needs your enterprise faces.

Inbound Protocols (Click here for Outbound Protocols)

HTTP(S) To provide the maximum connectivity, ESBus has an HTTP interface, allowing invocation from a wide variety of clients.

Support for HTTPS with 128-bit encryption, ensures that your transactions will be secure.

And with the advanced IP Filtering capabilities available to all protocols, you can add additional layers of security.
JAVA ESBus comes with a series of Java classes that allow invocation from any Java program.

eMail There are times when you need to extend your integration capabilities to external clients, be them suppliers or vendors - but it has to be done in a secure, reliable fashion.

With ESBus's eMail interface, you can configure domains - or even eMail accounts - that are valid for sending in transactions to your system.

Once received and validated, the body or attachments of the eMail are treated like any other transaction.
Web Services The industry is moving towards Web Services, and every transaction and integration that is created with ESBus is available as a native Web Service.

Whether it's permitting inventory lookups, or processing Customer PO's, the technologically neutral Web Service allows your customers and vendors to gain access in the most industry-standard way possible.
COM+/.NET ESBus is delivered with a DLL that permits invocation from COM+, .NET and ASP applications.
JMS Providing guaranteed delivery of transactions is paramount for any Integration System. For added integrity, ESBus has built-in support for Java Messaging Service (JMS).

The configurable JMS capabilities allow you to subscribe to Topics and Queues, and receive a variety of message types.

MQ Series MQ Series is the most widely used Message Oriented Middleware (MOM) in use today. ESBus supports bi-directional feeds from MQ Series.
File System Files are constantly being created, modified and deleted on your server, from Reports to EDI Files. With ESBus's File System feed, you configure which directories and files that are of interest and ESBus does the rest.

Click Here for a look at the File System Configuration Screen.
Terminal Apps Many of the applications in your enterprise are packaged apps which have no willingness to integrate - yet some of these are the most critical. ESBus can easily be extended to capture and decipher all proprietary transactions from these applications.

ESBus is delivered with support for Lawson's LID product, as well as any custom application that uses SQL Server or Oracle databases.

Templates are available for creating additional links to Terminal Applications.

Lawson and LID are registered trademarks of Lawson Software.
FTP The ability to allow files to be FTP-ed and then processed without human intervention can dramatically increase the throughput of your enterprise.
Custom Plug Given the wide technical alternatives for the invocation of ESBus, Custom Plugs can be written for virtually any system or suite of applications on the market.
