Being able to create detailed, flexible audit logs from your enterprise
applications can be an extremely powerful tool; sometimes convenient,
sometimes legally required for compliance.
EVERY TRANSACTION in your enterprise is available for auditing through
the ESBus Auditing module. Based on the ESBus Framework,
every data element of every transaction is available. Data-Driven rules further
allow you to audit only those transactions that are of importance to your
enterprise.
And with flexibility to audit by user, IP Address (including wildcards) as well as by transaction, ESBus Auditor provides the utmost in flexibility to meet your enterprise auditing needs.
Below you can see the review of historical transaction data for
a single Customer (AR09.1) record. Note that User, IP and TimeStamp are
all included. Also note that any changes throughout history are
hightlighted in red.
Of course, style, formatting and protocol (i.e. file system, database, email) can be
easily modified to meet your specific reporting and statuatory requirements.
